We currently ship orders within Canada and the United States.

Canada

Please allow approximately 5–9 business days to receive your order.

United States

Please allow approximately 7–10 business days to receive your order.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information, when available, once your order has been shipped.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. Knockouts Optics™ is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Returns

30-Day Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused, resale-ready condition, with all original accessories included.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or wear, or that are returned without all included accessories, may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to by Knockouts Optics™.
