WARRANTY POLICY

Knockouts Optics provides a 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty from the date of purchase.

1. What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in frames
  • Defects in lens coatings (anti-reflective coating)

2. What Is NOT Covered

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches from regular use
  • Damage from impact or accidents
  • Improper use or storage
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Replacement lenses not approved by us

3. Impact Disclaimer

Although lenses are impact-resistant (21 CFR 801.410 compliant):

  • They are not unbreakable or shatterproof
  • Damage from impact is not considered a defect

4. Replacement Policy

If a valid defect is confirmed:

  • We will repair or replace the product at our discretion

5. Warranty Claim Process

To submit a claim:

  2. Provide:
    • Proof of purchase
    • Description of issue
    • Photos (if applicable)

6. Voiding Warranty

The warranty is void if:

  • The product is modified
  • Non-approved parts are used
  • Safety instructions are not followed
